Supervisor

Our supervisors are a hugely important part of the leadership structure in our Brewpubs and with our reputation of promoting internally, there are clear lines of progression for those who wish to develop to Assistant Manager. You will be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and service and have a keen eye for detail.

You will be the driver of the B&K Way, our own operational standards. You will champion product knowledge and training across both our food and beverage offer and above all else be ready to learn and develop yourself along with the support of our senior team.

As a supervisor, you will be leading some shifts which this will include opening & closing the Brewpub and managing health & safety within the team.
