Ongoing learning and development
As a Brewer at Brewhouse and Kitchen we offer a variety of courses for you to master your skills and develop towards the next step in your career. This includes support through the IBD examinations. Some Brewers will get the opportunity to develop through our Up! Management development program which is the equivalent to a diploma. We run these courses every year and it takes 14 months to complete. Our Brewers must apply for this program and show us a commitment to developing themselves and a desire to progress within the industry. In our 2017 cohort 50% were promoted to more senior positions within the first 8 months of the completion of the program.
